attend or cancel the paper, please notify PLACIDWAVE INC. secretariat in
writing to PLACIDWAVE@PLACJEANS.COM to request a refund and cancel your
registration. Refund will be made upon receipt of this written notice after the
conference.

Any purchased product will

return the product via your nearest EMS. Refund will be approved only after
