QCANCEL / ASRefund policy

If you have already registered for PLACIDWAVE INC. and find that you are unable to attend or cancel the paper, please notify PLACIDWAVE INC. secretariat in writing to PLACIDWAVE@PLACJEANS.COM to request a refund and cancel your registration. Refund will be made upon receipt of this written notice after the conference.

 · All bank service charges are to be paid by the registrant.

QSHIPPINGDelivery cost
A The delivery cost is charged based on the EMS rate table as it differs by country and region. Please check the EMS rates by country in the Web site.
QPRODUCTCaution when wearing products
A Please read “Notice” at the bottom of the detailed product description page because each product requires different cautionary practices. Products are not exchanged, refunded, or qualified for warranty policy if defects are caused by not following the provided warnings.
QORDER / PAYMENTOrder change and cancelation
A Orders cannot be canceled and order information cannot be changed when the product is in delivery status. .

Please understand that pre-repair, such as length repair, is not provided for products purchased online. Delivery cost for post-repair shall be charged to customers and repair related to fabric damage or dry-stretching is not provided. You may inquire about post-repair via e-mail and the personnel in charge will get back to you in 1­2 business days.

Online credit cards are accepted and tax invoice is not issued. Credit cards are safely paid via Eximbay.

Card payment is canceled, which takes around 7­~10 business days from when refund is approved.

QCANCEL / ASProduct defect and free refund
A

Any purchased product will be refunded in case of defects. Please notify us by e-mail and the personnel in charge will get back to you within 1­2 business days (e-mail address). You should return the product via your nearest EMS. Refund will be approved only after product is collected, inspected, and CCTV prior to delivery is reviewed.

When are products refunded for free?

① Defects in materials and fabric

② Fault caused by or during delivery, etc.

③ Difference in the detailed page information and product (PC resolution is irrelevant)
